[BRCI - Biblical Research & Commentary International]

Biblical Research & Commentary International, Inc. (BRCI) is a nonprofit, nonsectarian network of Christians, former Jehovah's Witnesses, who seek to help people adversely affected by their Watchtower experience. BRCI is an outreach ministry, but is not a religion. Its members seek only to facilitate healthful spiritual growth after leaving the Watchtower religion, within the realm of Christian freedom and individual conviction. To this end, we provide personal assistance and resource materials, sponsor conferences and support a national toll-free HelpLine (1-800-WHY-1914) for anyone seeking confidential help or information. The BRCI HelpLine is financially supported entirely by volunteer contributions. If you would like to support this effort, you may send tax-deductible contributions to:

Annual Conferences

BRCI National Conference
BRCI currently sponsors two annual conferences. The annual board meeting of the directors and an assembly is held every summer. BRCI national conferences have been held each year since the summer of 1985. The next conference is scheduled to be held in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in June 1998. The assembly will follow a two-day international academic Biblical seminar being promoted by James Penton and other scholars.

BRCI-NW Regional Conference
BRCI-NW held its second regional conference in Spokane, Washington State, U.S.A. People from across the U.S. and Canada attended, and the publicity in the local media was very good. The success of the regional conferences in the northwest is expected to generate interest in having BRCI regional conferences in other parts of the U.S. and Canada.
